Booking Terms
What to expect when you request and attend an appointment with us.
Requesting and confirming an appointment
Submitting our online form requests an appointment — it does not book one. Your visit is confirmed once we have agreed a date and time with you.
Your appointment may be with any suitably qualified physiotherapist working with Community Physio Plymouth, including subcontracted physiotherapists.
Prices and payment
Current prices are shown on our Services & prices page. Workplace clinics are quoted individually.
Payment is due on completion of your treatment. We accept all payment methods. A £10 deposit may be requested when your appointment is booked.
Cancelling or rescheduling
If you need to cancel or move your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible by emailing hello@communityphysioplymouth.co.uk.
Please give us at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or move your appointment.
If we need to cancel or reschedule, we will contact you as soon as we can to arrange another time.
A suitable treatment space
For home visits, please provide a quiet area with enough room to move safely. For workplace visits, the employer needs to provide a suitable private space for assessments and treatment. Let us know about any access, parking or space limitations when you make your request.
