Enquire for your workplaceCare at your pace
Time to listen, understand what’s troubling you and work out a practical way forward. Your assessment and care are tailored to you.
We start by listening to your symptoms, relevant medical history and the activities you want to get back to.
Your physiotherapist will explain the assessment and, with your consent, look at your movement, strength and how symptoms affect you.
We discuss the findings and suitable next steps. These may include exercises, advice or hands-on treatment, depending on your needs.
You leave with practical guidance to work on between visits. We discuss whether follow-up care or advice from another healthcare professional would be appropriate.
